How to take:

Bouncing back from fatigue takes time. Give your mind and body the gentle boost it needs with a helping hand from Mother Nature.

Start with two capsules daily with breakfast. If you’re in the pits of burnout you may only need one to begin with. If you’re in active recovery, it’s well worth trying another two capsules with lunch.
