100% Organic Ingredients.

Peppermint leaf (28%), Spearmint leaf, Lemon Verbena leaf, Lemon Myrtle leaf, Fennel seed, Rosemary leaf (8%), Liquorice root (5%), Cardamon seed, Lion's Mane (5%).

Contains liquorice - people suffering from hypertension should avoid excessive consumption.

How to use:

Infuse in freshly boiled water for 5-15 minutes, give the teabag a few stirs and a gentle squeeze to release the maximum flavour before removing it from the cup or leave the bag in the cup to enjoy a stronger flavour.
