It is traditionally used in Middle Eastern and East Asian cuisines for sauces, desserts and savoury dishes.
The seeds are used whole (unhulled), meaning the outer layer remains intact.
The seeds are cleaned and slowly stone-ground.

Natural oil separation can occur — this is normal. Stir before use.
This is not a mild tahini. It has presence.
Use it when you want:
