Crafted from 100% organic pumpkin seeds, this butter is cold-milled to preserve its naturally intense, deep-green flavour. Smooth, earthy and gently toasted in character, it adds richness wherever you use it.

Think of it as the savoury counterpart to nut butter: bold, umami-leaning, with a creamy texture that works beautifully in both savoury and sweet dishes. Stir it into soups, whisk it into dressings, fold it into noodles or spread it thick on toast. It’s a small jar with big personality.

How to Use It
• Stir into soups, stews or warm grain bowls
• Whisk into salad dressings, sauces or marinades
• Toss through noodles, pasta or roasted vegetables
• Spread on toast or crackers with a drizzle of honey or olive oil
• Blend into dips, savoury spreads or creamy bases
• Add to smoothies for extra body and flavour

Green Pancakes Recipe :

  • 1 cup flour ( regular or alternative such as oat, almond, coconut, etc.)
  • 2 tbsp Sun & Seed Raw Pumpkin Seed Butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt ( celtic or himalayan pink salt )
  • 1 cup plant milk (oat or almond)
  • 1 small handful fresh rocket
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seed oil

Top off with extra pumpkin seed butter, handful kale, rocket or spinach, some avocado....be adventurous! salt + pepper to taste ..... drizzle with a bit of Sun & Seeds pumpkin seed oil
