Green Pancakes Recipe :
- 1 cup flour ( regular or alternative such as oat, almond, coconut, etc.)
- 2 tbsp Sun & Seed Raw Pumpkin Seed Butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp sea salt ( celtic or himalayan pink salt )
- 1 cup plant milk (oat or almond)
- 1 small handful fresh rocket
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
Top off with extra pumpkin seed butter, handful kale, rocket or spinach, some avocado....be adventurous! salt + pepper to taste ..... drizzle with a bit of Sun & Seeds pumpkin seed oil
