These Capsules contain only dried Slippery Elm in a hard capsule shell to maintain the potency of the plant. The bark is pure and no additives of any kind are used in the manufacturing process.

Ingredients:

Powdered Slippery Elm Bark (Ulmus rubra), Vegetarian Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose).

Free from artificial colours, flavourings and preservatives.

Recommended Intake:

Take one capsule with water or as a drink (see below) prior to a main meal. Can be taken three times a day.

AS A DRINK Mix the contents of one or two capsules to a smooth paste with cold water and then slowly add boiling water (or milk if preferred), stirring briskly. Stir until fully mixed.

Do not exceed the recommended intake.
For adult use only.
Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
