We blended a habanero chilli mash into the finest British wildflower honey.

Flavour Profile & Heat level:
Sweet and spicy with just enough zing. It's a medium level of heat, perfectly balanced with the deliciously sweet British wildflower honey.

Uses:
Drizzle over pizza, dip in your halloumi fries, spread on a burger, marinade meat & tofu, use as a stir fry sauce - the possibilities are endless.

As our honey is unprocessed, it can set over time. If it does, warm gently to reliquefy.
