Together Health’s iron is extracted from curry leaves cultivated on organic farms in India. These plant extracts retain the naturally occurring iron along with delicate co-factors, in a form the body can easily recognise and absorb.

1 capsule a day supports a healthy balanced diet. Higher doses can be tolerated well, but never take more than 2 if you experience any side effects.
Iron is best absorbed on an empty stomach. Pair your supplement with a small glass of orange juice for improved absorption. Avoid caffeine or foods containing calcium for 3 hours - before or after.
